I never thought i would be coming to my blog for this but i need some help!
Ive been trying to shed some pounds and it has been working but! I have a problem .
I HATE HATE HATE eating breakfast in the morning, i never seem to find time to make myself some eggs.
So i was thinking about getting some whey protein and making some shakes in the morning for breakfast!
My brother used to be on the adkins diet and would drink these in the morning and he said they filled him up!
Im just looking for some healthy protein shakes to drink for breakfast!
HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!
